Eloise Esmilio

My name is Eloise and I LOVE TO SING!!!!! According to my parents I've been singing ever since I learned how to talk....it runs in the family. I was taught at a young age to perform and sing my heart out in front of an audience....though I have to say that getting through that very first hurdle of a solo performance was definitely a challenge. I was 6 years old and it was a school performance and I was supposed to sing "Tomorrow" from the musical Annie. As I stood in center stage I looked around and got so scared to even open my mouth that I started to cry and hyperventilate and ran off....I got the scolding of my life!!!! Ever since that day, any performances I have done from then on stage fright never hit until my performance was done.....weird I know but that's how I get through it.

I have performed at various award functions and local organization's fundraising events. I have sang the national athems both American and Filipino at major fiesta events as well. I have been casted in a few local high school musicals and drama such as...Grease, Pippin, and Rumors. Last year I was casted in the musical Annie for a local playhouse called Apple Ciders. I was also casted to sing for their 5 Year Anniversary show. Just before I did Annie I debuted in my very first solo cabaret show at "Don't Tell Mama Piano Bar" in NYC! If you scroll through my page, you will see a few video clips of a few songs I sang that night. I hope you enjoy watching them and please feel free to leave me some comments.

My most recent project that I was involved in was for an oraganization called PACBC (Philippine American Community of Bergen County). They sponsored a show called F.I.A. (Filipinos In America).
